Christmas is a time for the Christmas Recipes to attain the center-stage. After all food forms an important part of all the festivals celebrated by humans and Christmas is no exception. Well Christmas is a time set for cakes, sweets, desserts and fruitcakes so anyone who has a sweet tooth can avail this opportunity to indulge in all kinds of Christmas feasts.


Here are some delicious Christmas Recipes from our side, which can turn your Christmas into a delicious affair.




Baked Walnuts

Things Required
  • 2 egg whites, which are stiffly beaten
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • ½ cup of softened butter
  • 1 pound of walnut halves


Instructions For Preparations
Preheat the oven to about 350 degrees. Add sugar, butter and walnuts to the egg whites. Mix them until the nuts are well coated. Then spread out the mixture on the cookie sheet. Bake this mixture in the preheated oven for about 20 to 30 minutes until it gets brown.

Caramel Chocolate Cookies

Things Required
  • 1 cup of softened butter
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 48 chocolate covered caramel candies


Instructions For Preparations
Beat the butter until it becomes creamy. Slowly beat in the white sugar and the brown sugar. Beat in the eggs and the vanilla. Mix the flour, baking soda and cocoa. Add this mixture to the butter mixture prepared earlier. Stir in ½ cup of walnuts. Cover it and let it cool for about 2 hours. Preheat the oven to about 375 degrees. Mix the remaining ½ cup of nuts with 1 tablespoon sugar. Now divide the dough into 4 parts. Take one part and divide it into 12 pieces. Now quickly press each piece of the dough around a chocolate covered caramel. Roll it into a ball. Dip the tops into the sugar mixture. Place the sugar side up about 2 inches apart on the greased baking sheets. Let it bake for about 8 minutes and afterwards cool it for 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat the same with the other parts.

Baked Pumpkin

Things Required
  • 1 small sugar Pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon of Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of Butter
  • 2 pinches of ground cinnamon


Instructions For Preparations
Preheat the oven to about 350 degrees. Cut off the top of the pumpkin and slowly scrape out all the seeds. Place the butter and brown sugar inside the pumpkin and sprinkle some ground cinnamon on it. Now put the lid of the pumpkin back and place it in a baking pan with some water in the bottom. Bake it for about 30 minutes or until it becomes tender.

Baked Apples And Mint

Things Required
  • 4 Apples
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped mint leaves
  • 4 teaspoons of butter


Instructions For Preparations
Preheat the oven to about 350 degrees. Core the apples and peel off one-inch strip around the top of each apple. Now place the apples in the shallow baking dish. Mix the raisins, brow sugar and mint leaves. Now fill the apples with this mixture. Put 1 tablespoon of butter in each of the apples. Bake them for at least 50 minutes until the apples become tender.
