Grant show is among those handsome television actors who have made his place on the walls of the rooms of young girls. This hunky, brooding lead of Aaron Spelling's TV story of the young and misunderstood, "Melrose Place". Teen-aged girls were completely bowled over by Grant show as Grant show's face was introduced on Fox's "Beverly Hills, 90210". He won people's heart as the brooding yet charismatic Jake Hanson, friend of Dylan McKay, played by Luke Perry.

He played this role for around five years from 1992 to 1997 before giving it up for pursuing other roles. Born to the parents Ed and Kathleen Show, Grant show became an affectionate actor. He was born on 27th February, 1962 in Detroit. The family had an acting background that helped him nurturing a dream to be an actor. He got educated from University of California at Los Angeles, California, theater arts, London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, London, England and Samuel Ayer high School, San Jose, California.

This show had almost a three-year run from1984 to 87 in TV soap "Ryan Hope" as Officer Rick Hyde, but soon he left for resuming his acting studies in London. After returning to the USA, Grant show worked in TV serials and tried his talent in regional theatre. There he played the protagonist in Tennessee Williams's "A Streetcar Named Desire" and on Broadway he had a role in the short-run play "The Boys of Winter" in 1985. After his success in the Television career, the actor returned back to his theatrical career. Show's role of a doctor treating a former teacher in the award-winning plays "Wit", won him rave reviews.

Grant's wife Pollyanna McIntosh was her companion in a Lane Bryant ad shoot in 2003. In1992, his debut film "A Woman, Her Men and Her Futon" released. In1995 he co-starred in the historical miniseries "James A. Michener's Texas". In 2005 he was played the lead in the Fox supernatural drama "Point Pleasant". The drama did not run for long. In 2006 he starred in the ABC Family series, "Beautiful People". This series reunited him with former gorgeous "Melrose Place" actor, Daphne Zuniga.
