Floral tree
You can create a tree out of the dried flowers and can place it in your living room. The tree should have real branches and a cone shaped piece of dry foam for the top. You can have plaster of Paris, a container and some moss and floral pins. To prepare the floral tree you need to put silvers of floral foam in the container in which you want to place your tree. Then mix enough of plaster of Paris with water and fill the container with this mixture. When thy plaster is dry, then cover the trunk with moss and push the foam cone on to the trunk. You can further decorate the tree with different kinds of dried flowers and leaves.
Basic Dried Flower Arrangement
For a basic dried flower arrangement hold the piece of foam into your container. You can create the overall shape of the design by using material such as lavender, straw and lepidium. To fill the center of the arrangement you can use flax, galax leaves or any other dried foliage. Then insert the large flowers like cockscomb or hydrangeas first and then you can add the medium size flowers like dried roses or straw flowers. Take care to space the flowers evenly throughout.
