Macaroni and cheese is a wonderful Italian Food preparation. It hardly takes an hour to cook this food. You will need bacon, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, Swiss cheese and lots of scallions. The bacon should be crisp fried, before the macaroni is boiled. Then the macaroni need to be stirred in an open pan. Take care so that the macaroni do not stick to each other. In order to avoid band-wagon of the individual macaronis a little olive oil can be added. After the macaroni is cooked assemble the macaroni in layers into a flat glass baking dish. The layer of macaroni must be placed at base.
Then mozzarella cheese, on top of it crisp fried bacon, chopped scallion and bread crumbs. Even over filled stomachs will be hungry after a glance of the garnished Italian preparation.
