As the times changed so did the ways of celebrating birthdays. Even the ways of decorating for a birthday party also changed. Well amidst all these changes only the use of birthday balloons for decorating a birthday party remained static for all times. The birthday balloons were used during the times of our grandparents also and are used even by us for decorating the birthday parties of our kids.
