8 ½ ounces of chocolate wafer crumbs, 1/3 cup melted butter, ¼ teaspoon crushed nutmeg, 3 large eggs, 1 cup grained sugar, 8 ounce of softened cream cheese, 2 cups chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 cup whipped cream.

Pour the Chocolate wafer crumbs in a blender food processor till it gets fine. Add 2 tablespoon sugar, nutmeg and melted butter to it and mix well. Spread the butter on a pan. Leave it to get chill. Blend sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and beat till it gets thick and light. Add softened cream cheese into it and continue beating until smooth. Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Let it cool off. Add vanilla essence to the cream cheese mixture. Pour the batter into a preheated pan and bake it at 325 o F for around 1 hour. Dust ground sugar to whipped cream and mi well until thick.
Remove cake from the pan and spread the mixture evenly. It makes 12 servings.
